Our Constitutional rights are not dependent upon current events. They are unalianable.

  • WHAT ARE THEY?

    • According to Samuel Adams:

      • They are NATURAL, including:

      1. Life

      2. Liberty

      3. Property

      4. The RIGHT to SUPPORT & DEFEND them in the best manner you can

    • According to the Declaration of Independence:

      • They are endowed to us by our Creator, including:

      1. Life

      2. Liberty

      3. The Pursuit of Happiness

      • These are AMONG our unalienable rights but are not limited to only these these three

      • Your job & business are included in the pursuit of LIFE & PROPERTY - the government CANNOT take those away for ANY reason without due process & just compensation!

    • According to the Constitution:

      • 1st Amendment:

        • Right to freedom of religion

        • Right to freedom of speech & press

        • Right to peaceably assemble

        • Right to petition

      • 2nd Amendment:

        • Right to bear arms

      • 4th Amendment:

        • Right to be secure in your person, house, papers, and EFFECTS, against UNREASONABLE searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no 1) Warrants shall issue, but upon 2) probable cause, 3) supported by Oath or affirmation, 4) and particularly describing the place to be searched, 5) and the persons or things to be seized. - CONTACT TRACING VIOLATES THESE RIGHTS WITHOUT A WARRANT OR YOUR CONSENT. EFFECTS refer to ANY of your "THINGS."

  • WHAT ARE THEY NOT?

    • They are NOT given by government!

    • They do NOT include the right to health & safety FROM the government - it is OUR right & duty to SECURE and PROTECT our own life, liberty, property AND health & safety!

    • They are NOT suspended due to a state of emergency, pandemic or for "your safety."

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America, When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
